We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual for the position of Field Officer for a project that focuses on economic and social development together with local government strengthening.

Work station – Vavuniya.

Requirements and qualifications include:

• At least 2-4 years of field experience working in an NGO.
• A diploma or a certificate.
• Well aware of issues related to Refugee Returnees.
• Adequate experience in economic development.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and the business community.
• Experience in Business Development training and livelihood support.
• Fluency in English and Tamil.
• Flexibility with working hours.
