Consultancy Service – ACCEND Project
ADRA Sri Lanka is now looking for an experienced consultant to conduct a financial review for its ACCEND project. The objective of the assignment is to conduct a review specifically focused on ADRA Sri Lanka’s and Oxfam Italy in Sri Lanka’s procurement policies in relation to the European Union’s procurement rules, ensuring that the completed project-related procurement activities are carried out in line with the above mentioned policies. This assignment will be carried out on behalf of ADRA UK, the leading partner of this consortium.

About the ACCEND Project: The Assisting Communities in Creating Environmental and Nutritional Development (ACCEND) project, is a project funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by ADRA and Oxfam in Central and Uva provinces of Sri Lanka. The project intends to improve the access to water, sanitation, health and nutrition among the most vulnerable communities by working closely with government counterparts and civil society organizations. Access to water, sanitation, health and nutrition are the key focuses of the project while, gender, disaster risk reduction, governance and innovation are woven across project activities as cross-cutting themes.
