The ACCEND project is funded by the European Union and is implemented by ADRA and Oxfam in collaboration with the Goverment of Sri Lanka. It aims to improve water, sanitation, hygiene, health and nutrition in both estate and rural communities of Nuwara Eliya , Matale and Monaragala Districts.
